great experience with minor issues
The deluxe double room had a spacious terrace with a fantastic sea view, perfect for morning coffee. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, always attentive and accommodating. The pool area was luxurious and inviting, ideal for lounging in the sun after enjoying a refreshing afternoon tea.
The air conditioning in the room could be improved as it was a bit noisy at night.

Ideal spot near Marina Rubicon 🌊🏖️
The brekkie buffet was just next level, man! So much variety, lekker fresh fruit and delicious pastries. the location? Just a stone's throw from the marina, perfect for evening walks and sundowners! The staff were super friendly and always pepped up my day. Room was comfy too!
Only minor downside was the aircon in the room. it was a bit noisy at night, but we managed to sleep through it.

Stunning Views, Mixed Service
The sea view room provided a breathtaking panorama. Breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh fruit and pastries. improvements in service are needed—my room’s cleanliness was lacking, and some staff were unhelpful. For dining, consider exploring nearby restaurants for a better experience.

The garden/pool view room was spacious with a large balcony, perfect for relaxing with a drink in the sun. Daily activities, like jewellery making, added a nice touch, while evening entertainment, including talented singers, created a fantastic atmosphere. the buffet restaurant's positioning felt slightly cramped, and some rooms could benefit from better navigation instructions. Despite this, the property was well-maintained, making it a lovely stay.

It was just a fine choice for a quick break in Playa Blanca with great value for money. I liked having a fridge in the room with coffee and tea-making facilities, which made our stay more comfortable. Make sure to explore the nearby marina for more dining options outside the hotel.

The cold water temperatures in the main pool left many guests shivering instead of relaxing, which can really put a damper on your swim. Breakfast service could get a bit chaotic during peak times, with long waits for replenishing food and occasional lukewarm offerings, making you feel rushed even when there’s plenty to enjoy. The spa facilities, while offering good treatments, could use an update as the sauna doesn’t heat up adequately, and guests have criticized the jacuzzi jets as being too noisy to truly unwind. Plus, navigating the grounds can be tricky with uneven surfaces, and I found the occasional hidden steps that can catch you off guard, especially after a couple of drinks by the pool.
